I just remembered my first phone (Sagem...). It had a black and green display and I had it for 6 months. Nothing spectacular. After that I bought Nokia 3310. It was an amazing phone. I remember I bought a red case for it. It looked so futuristic and glossy and it was a breakthrough at the time. My friends always played the well known snake game. My roomate beat the record by playing it 10 hours straight. I got Motorola T720i as a gift in 2003. It was my first camera phone, although the picture quality was really poor. Symbian UI update awaited this year

Nokia is going for Windows Phone 7 and that means that their Symbian platform will die slowly in the following years. It seems that they are still going to release updates for it. Marc Driessen, Nokia Benelux product manager, brought up that we can anticipate a few Symbian updates coming in 2011. There will not be any Symbian^4 descending from Nokia, but we'll see a few scheduled UI updates moved from the 4th into the 3rd.
