Wico6: iPhone 6 clone review
In the slum of clones, another one just was spotted in the wild, having a design that reminds me of the iPhone 5’s design. Oh wait, in fact, Wico6 has the exact design of the alleged iPhone 6. My guess is that the manufacturer used the leaked images and description of the upcoming iPhone 6 in order to create a cheap clone that looks and feels like the next iPhone. But does it, really?
Although Wico6 may have the appearance of a top-notch smartphone, under the hood we find dull features that are not even worth the trouble. The clone has a 4.7 inch display and the interface looks like the iOS 7, but it is obviously an Android install with an iOS overplayed theme. There are still minor errors in the names of applications, but hey… this is only a clone. You can’t expect the same experience at half the price (or less)
As I said, the WiCo6 has a 4.7-inch screen display with a resolution of 960 x 540, a quad-core processor clocked at 2.4 Ghz MediaTek, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. The “Home” button imitates the Touch ID design, but obviously there is no fingerprint scanner there.
I was not able to find a price for it, but I bet we’ll see more of Wico6 in the following weeks to come. Probably in the Chinese markets…
