This fall will probably bring many surprises for folks interested in tech and gadgets. Elephone has been busy lately and, after Elephone P9000 or Elephone Vowney, they are now introducing the new Elephone M2, an unibody metal device that has only 7.35 mm in thickness.
From the information that got leaked so far, Elephone M2 will use an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 clocked at 1.5 GHz, a 5.5 inch display with a FullHD resolution and a camera having a 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor. The secondary camera has a 5 megapixel sensor. There is also a fingerprint scanner on board and the device runs Android 5.1 UI Lollipop. This smartphone could be launched somewhere in late September at an estimated price of $150 – $170.
Elephone M2 looks a lot like Elephone P8000 with another design and another camera. Otherwise, the specs are pretty close.
