The two laptop models presented – MateBook 14 and MateBook X Pro, are improved versions of previous models. They come with an eighth generation Core i7 processor that features a stronger graphics card and fast connection.
MateBook X Pro
MateBook X Pro comes in a package with Windows 10, it’s only 1.4 inches thick and weighs 1.3 kilograms. The 13.9 inch screen has a screen / body ratio of 91%, with extremely thin edges and very good touch screen.
The camera is integrated into a key below the screen and can be activated by pressing it while it comes out below the key.
Of course, the camera will have a bottom-up angle, but users will not care about covering the camera with adhesive tape. The camera can be hidden when not in use.
The processor is Core i7 of the eighth generation, it has 16GB of RAM, and the SSD storage space can be expanded to 1TB, writes Mashable.
As a graphics card, this laptop features the NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU with 2GB GGR5 video RAM. The laptop has a USB-A port, two USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports and an audio jack.
By enabling NFC and OneHop to transfer, the user can transfer pictures, documents, or videos directly from a Huawei smartphone directly to the laptop.
And with the Clipboard Sharing feature, text on your laptop can be copied and transferred to your phone.
MateBook 14
This model is the more affordable version, positioned somewhere in the middle. That’s just between the MateBook X Pro premium model and the very cheap MateBook D.
The specs are similar to MateBook X Pro, but the design is not as beautiful as the screen is slightly larger.
The difference between the two versions consists in the number of featured ports. MateBook 14 has two USB-A ports, one USB-C, one HDMI and one headphone jack.
The screen can be set in eye comfort mode, filtering blue light, so the device is less eye-catching.
